Replace tubs and showers with ADA friendly shower pans. Widen doors to allow for wheelchair egress. Most projects done as economically as possible. For example, replacing some tiles when removing bathtub versus redoing entire enclosure saving $thousands (sometimes original tiles no longer available so neutral color used).
