Remove and replace vanity, medicine cabinet (with lighted mirror), vent fan, vanity light and toilet. Skim coat vertical walls to make smooth and paint all walls and trim. Demo tile flooring, repair water damage and install luxury vinyl plank flooring. Demo tub and enclosure, install waterproof tile backer, install shower pan and tile walls (install tiled soap niche). Install frameless shower door.
Construct walls, install plumbing, install floors and pocket door and paint to create 1/2 bathroom in finished room over garage.
Construct walls, pocket doors, walk-in shower, install plumbing and flooring (with embedded radiant heat) to construct full bathroom and new closet in finished room over garage area.

Replace tubs and showers with ADA friendly shower pans. Widen doors to allow for wheelchair egress. Most projects done as economically as possible. For example, replacing some tiles when removing bathtub versus redoing entire enclosure saving $thousands (sometimes original tiles no longer available so neutral color used).
