Demo existing tub/shower enclosure, floor, vanity and toilet. Construct tiled shower with tiled pan, (2) shower heads and separate shower wand and bench with sliding door. Tiled floor, new higher toilet and custom tall vanity
Remove and replace vanity, medicine cabinet (with lighted mirror), vent fan, vanity light and toilet. Skim coat vertical walls to make smooth and paint all walls and trim. Demo tile flooring, repair water damage and install luxury vinyl plank flooring. Demo tub and enclosure, install waterproof tile backer, install shower pan and tile walls (install tiled soap niche). Install frameless shower door.
Remove and Erect interior walls, Replace all flooring, Update and Replace all Bathroom fixtures, Replace and Update Ceiling Light Fixtures, Replace and Update Faulty Electrical Panel, Install Emergency Exit Signs, and Paint Entire Space
In room over the garage: frame-out and build a bathroom with tiled shower, frame-out pony wall around stairwell, finish drywall, install trim around windows, doors and baseboard, paint walls and trim and install luxury vinyl plank flooring. Construct a full bathroom with tiled shower and floor in downstairs large utility room.
Gut entire bathroom, build large tiled shower, relocate toilet, install and plumb new vanity, install vanity lights, paint room, move and enlarge pocket door and tile floor
